Wooden Pallets & Playwoods

Differences Between Export , Local Wooden Pallets and Pallet Playwoods

Pallet Export

  • ISPM 15 Certified (Mandatory): Complies with international phytosanitary regulations for global shipping.

  • Heat Treatment / Oven Dried: Processed through specialized heat treatment to ensure the wood is sterile and pest-free.

  • Selective Wood Materials: Only uses specific, high-quality wood types that meet export durability and safety standards.

  • Optional Fumigation: Can be processed with or without additional fumigation, depending on the destination country’s requirements.

  • Customizable Sizes: Pallets can be manufactured in custom dimensions to fit your specific cargo or container needs.

  • Premium Pricing: Reflects the high-quality standards, specialized treatments, and compliance certifications required for international trade.

Pallet Local

    • Flexible Oven/HT Treatment: Heat Treatment (HT) or oven-drying is optional and can be applied based on your specific needs.

    • Materials: Generally made from Racuk wood (Indonesian mixed tropical hardwood).

    • Customizable Sizes: Pallets can be manufactured in custom dimensions to meet your requirements.

    • Domestic Use Only: Specifically designed for internal logistics and distribution within Indonesia.

    • Cost-Effective: Typically offered at a more affordable price point compared to export-grade pallets.

Pallet Playwood

      • ISPM 15 Exempt (Export-Ready): Manufactured from engineered wood (plywood) that has undergone high-heat processing, these pallets are naturally exempt from fumigation or heat treatment requirements and are globally accepted for international shipping.

      • Solid & Flat Surface: Features a seamless, gap-free top deck. This makes it ideal for protecting small, fragile goods or carton-packaged products from damage or indentation.

      • Lightweight Yet Sturdy: Offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, effectively reducing shipping weight (and freight costs) without compromising load-bearing capacity.

      • Customizable Sizes: Can be precisely manufactured in custom dimensions to perfectly fit your specific cargo or container requirements.

      • Hygienic & Low Maintenance: The smooth surface is highly resistant to moisture, less prone to mold and pests, and much easier to clean compared to standard raw wood.

Wooden Crate

        • Maximum Cargo Protection: Features a fully enclosed or slatted structural design, providing superior protection against physical impact, environmental elements, and pilferage during transit.

        • Heavy-Duty Application: Specifically engineered for securing heavy machinery, fragile industrial equipment, high-value goods, or irregularly shaped items that require rigid support.

        • Export-Ready & ISPM 15 Compliant: Can be manufactured using heat-treated solid wood or ISPM 15-exempt plywood to seamlessly meet international shipping and phytosanitary regulations.

        • Fully Customizable Structure: Tailor-made dimensions with optional internal blocking, bracing, and cushioning to perfectly fit and secure your specific cargo.

        • Integrated Handling Base: Built with a reinforced pallet-style base, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient mechanical handling by forklifts or pallet jacks.
